BT Associates was established in the Year 1999 with a joint venture between founder Partner Mr. Bhaskar Thakkar & Mr. Biswaroop Todi. The firm name was made “BT” after initials of first & second name of both the co-founder. Over the years the firm had gained strength and grown in size. In 2004, we had commenced our International business operation in Accounting & Tax Processing for US & UK based corporate and CPA firms. Presently, the firm has extended their services in the international market of Canada & Australia as well.

Main objective of the firm is to provide quality service at competitive rates and maintaining execution schedule. The said objective is attained through our periodic training and awareness programme, strict vigilance of quality and time management through our well equipped infrastructure.

Mr. Bhaskar Thakkar, a commerce graduate from Calcutta University is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a senior partner of BT Associates, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Bhaskar Thakkkar is a regular writer of articles, he writes for Central Excise, Customs and Service tax laws in Excise Law Times, a weekly magazine on Indirect Taxation. He also writes for various Chambers of commerce for its news letters/bulletins. Mr. Bhaskar Thakkar is a regular speaker in various academic programme conducted by organizations like the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, Calcutta Management Association, National Academy of Customs, Excise & Narcotics. He is also regular faculty to various corporate for conducting training programme, seminars and lectures.
