- Refund of excess duty (forceful duty collected by service tax authorities to be refunded pursuant to final order from Courts/Tribunal, due to wrong calculation and so on)
- Refund of service tax paid in relation to export of services (All IT companies which export services outside India pays service tax on rent, telephone, rent a cab, canteen, management consultants, audit fees and so on, such service tax paid is available as refund)
